Our Vision
EcoSpera was born out of a vision for a brighter, more sustainable world. Our name, a fusion of “Eco” and “Spera” (meaning “hope” in Latin), encapsulates the essence of our mission. We envision a world where hope translates into action, where small contributions can lead to immense impacts, and where financial power is harnessed to drive change from seed to impact.
Our Organizational Mode
At EcoSpera, we are not just another corporation; we are a Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative (LVC). This unique model combines the best of cooperatives and the private sector, allowing us to bring like-minded individuals, businesses, and organizations together with a shared purpose. Our co-op members, also known as “The Change Makers (TCM)”, are the driving force behind our initiatives. The unique with the LVC model is that all income that are reinvested is not taxed before it is paid out. Since we use a model with membership contribution that has to stay in the company for at least 1 year and maximum 3 years, we have got a unique model to fund our initiatives with a great horizon.
The LVC is controlled through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). For every plant, tree or seaweed you put to motion you will get membership point. Your membership points decides your votes when bigger decisions for the cooperative are to be decided.
The Titans of Change
The Titans of Change represent the heart of EcoSpera. This elite group, a part of our SEAL Impact Club, comprises individuals and organizations that aim to amplify our impact. As Titans, they become not just members but driving forces of change in their own right. We will onboard a total of 25 titans and they will together form The Council for Change. The council will work aligned with Nelson Mandelas The Elders, but with focus on impact investments and concrete projects related to the environment. The Titans of Change are super charged change makers.
From Seed to Impact
Our innovative “Seed to Impact” approach is the bedrock of our mission. We believe in full transparency, where you can trace your contributions from the seed level through blockchain technology. We empower you to buy in trees, plants and seaweed in addition if you want to make a greater impact, particularly the moringa tree, known as the “Tree of Life.” For every small contribution you make, you set in motion a chain reaction that leads to environmental restoration, job creation, and more. Our mission is to inspire hope in action. And we differ from the alternatives since we verify and certify every single plant through the Spera Impact blockchain, running on the IXO platform.

Our Company Structure
EcoSpera LVC’s biggest indirect owner is the Swiss-based Espère Global NGO. This NGO has a board elected by the founders, plus the chairman of the board of each directly controlled company. When the founders decide the time has come to leave the board of the NGO, the board will be fully elected by the three different LVCs currently owned by the NGO, through a single-purpose holding company, Spera Holding GmbH, also based in Switzerland.
EcoSpera LVC has the following owners from the start;
- Spera Holding GmbH – 66,7%
- Co-founders – 7,3%
- Founding SEALs – 18%
- Founding Titans – 8%
EcoSpera LVC has the following ownership in subsidiaries also from the start;
- EcoSeaNova LVC – 70%
- EcoSpera Agriculture LVC – 70%
- EcoSpera Trees LVC – 70%
- EcoSpera Academy LVC – 70%
- EcoSpera Travel LVC – 70%
These different companies will onboard members and direct investors that will dilute the ownership of EcoSpera LVC from 100% to 70%. Members will own the majoity of this dilution. This is how we have planned it will look like when EcoSpera LVC is fully built up;
